HC or Glossostigma?

For a 6 gallon tank, would you choose HC or glossostigma for your carpet-forming plant? Why?

Glosso can look really nice if you keep it trimmed real short..

More like two out of two! :P EDIT: Now two out of three

Glosso can/will grow taller with inadequate light, while HC won't.

There are already a few threads about this. Here's one: https://www.plantedtank.net/forums/pl...sso-vs-hc.html

I have a 55L carpeted with HC. HC will grow vertical if it isn't provided enough light. I have 216 watts of Tek T5 HO and it grows horizontal.

HC FTW!

Marsilea sp. (Minuta or Quadrafolia~something)

Good for low light tanks. Gonna get some for my upcomming pico as a foreground. Why? Cause it doesn't grow tall, it just spreads out runners.

I have glosso in my tank and it is really nice, but I think that HC might look better and more to scale in a 6 gallon tank due to the leaf size. Just my opinion. I think you need to use whatever you like best. what are you tank parameters? lighting? co2?

75 Gallon Planted Tank.
