Can anyone identify this?

This just showed up in my shrimp tank. I've never seen anything like it in any of my tanks. The tank has snowball shrimp, ammo shrimp, 1 asasin snail, 1 nerite.

Bump: Sorry I can't figure out how to add a pic using my phone. I will post pics as soon as I figure it out.

If you using tapatalk, it should be easy. Touch left arrow of texting box, six icon will appear at the bottom of texting box, first icon for camera, second icon post picture from phone gallery.

I'm pretty sure it's a form of fungus. I was going to say that even before I saw the pic of it traveling across the wood. More than likely it came in on that piece of wood. Did you cure it before you used it?

Slime mold (Eumycetozoa).

Not a fungus or actual mold, but are single cell organisms that combine together and act like a multicellular organism. Pretty cool life form and harmless to fish or plants.
