Slime in inlet and outlet tubing/pipes?

Hello everyone,

I noticed last night, that the inlet and outlet tubing in my tank- have some kind of clear slime building up.

The filter is a 2215. It was used on a dirty 60g for three days, then moved to my 11.4g after draining the old water out the canister. I've only had this filter on the tank for less than a week. At first the water was cloudy, but it cleared up.

Now the tubing has the weird slime in it, and every couple of hours- the outlet will push a little of it out. The slime will then go with the current and on plants.

Does anyone have any idea what this is, and how to deal with it?

Probably bacterial growth. Give another cleaning to the inlet/outlet and filter and you should be fine.
