why is my us fissiden this colour, is it normal?Help needed

Hi everyone, help needed, why is my fissiden this colour? Its like kind of light green, yellow and brown. Its dont look good. And from the pic. my HC leaf is turning white, what causing it? Can someone pls enlighten me..

Here is my tank spec;
--1x 24w pl light + 2x16w t5 on 8hrs daily
-- temperature set at 25'c
-- Co2 1bubble per second
-- wondergro micro and macro fertilizer dose on alternate days
-- tank size 1.5feet
-- 2213 filter
-- other plants are mini us fissiden, pellia, mini pellia, glosso, riccia, star moss
-- water change 10% per week
-- ph7

Btw, i keeping CRS in this tank.

Agreed... check your nitrate level, make sure it is sufficient for your light level.

Perhaps increase water changes to replenish trace that might be missing. And think about cutting down on that wattage perhaps. Less light = less vigorous growth = less demand for nutrients. Fissidens doesn't need extremely high light.

My nitrate reading is between 5 to 10. Btw, i keeping glosso and HC in the tank also. If i reduce the lighting to 2x16w t5, will its be enough? because my glosso is growing upward...

I wonder if i increase water change more freq, my CRS in the tank cannot take it. Any advise?
