Co2 & ph question

my co2 has been turned off due to a blackout and when i turned the co2 back on last night ph was 7 and my kh is 5-6. This morning the ph was 6.8 and co2 was turned off due to ph controller but my co2 drop checker is still blue. What you suggest i do to get the co2 up in the tank??? and theres not enough co2 in there becuase the checker isnt lime green.

First, disconnect the pH controller, and adjust the CO2 bubble rate yourself. You didn't say what size tank this is, so I have no idea what a good starting point for bubble rate would be.

My PH controller on my 20G turns off solenoid when PH reaches 6.8. About 2 weeks ago I run out of CO2 and I filled the tank a week later. Now, when the PH reaches 6.8 it just stuck in there and does not turns off solenoid.

What seems to be the problem?
