Rubberbands on plants !!!

so im new to the game and i have a 65g tall aga i need help and direction ,i bought 56 dollars worth of plants and some of them are rubber banded together .let me try to make sense , one plant has several stocks rubber banded together do i seprate them or leave them rubber banded ?

It depends what kind of plants they are. If they are stem plants, they are best planted in groups of 2-3 at most, so it would better to separate them from the rubber bands.

However, if you are talking about using a rubberband to attach (say) Java Fern to a piece of driftwood, this is perfectly OK too.
