Check your local garden center, even home depot & Lowes, and walmart. Make sure to read the package for peat that doesn't include extra amendments like fertilizers.

You don't have to buy the big 20lbs package. They do come in smaller packages.

I've never been able to find smaller bags. But a big bag is only 10$. I just throw the rest in the garden. Where did you find a smaller bag?

I think I used Schultz brand that I found at WalMart when I set up my 90gal. Been a few years though so I can't remember for sure LOL

If you can find the Fertilome brand, I use it for lots of my Crypts and carnivorous plants. It's very pure and has no added fertilizers, and no weeds at all. I don't even get spaghnum moss growing out of the Fertilome Spaghnum Peat.

Got Plants?-6 CO2 + 12 H2O → C6H12O6 + 6 O2 + 6 H2O

Always interested in trades for aroids, carnivores, orchids, ferns, or whatever else you think I might like to try
