Lazy Platy?

We have a male orange dwarf platy in our nano tank and today he's been settling himself down at the bottom of the tank for 5 minutes at a time and then getting up and swimming again.

His appetite seems normal and swims to the food when I feed the tank.

I did a water change today and all the other fish are acting normally.

The platy had a bacterial infection a month and a half ago, but it cleared up a few weeks ago.

When the platy is at the bottom of the tank, his dorsal fin is clamped, but when he swims around, the dorsal fin is normal.

Any idea if there's something wrong?

I should also mention the platy doesn't have any outward physical symptoms. No spots. No ragged fins. No bloating. No pop eye. No reddened gills. Nothing on the outside looks wrong.

Hmmm i had a platy that was like that...he was definatly wrong he would just sit on my plants and not swim about, however he ate and didnt die for ages...i hate to be horrible but he was an EYESORE!!! Pity, he lasted a long time tho he was my spesh fish.

Maybe its bad genetics but i have seen them every now and then..
