Switching to sub-tropical

I am converting my planted Fluval Roma 200 to a sub-tropical tank to accommodate multiple weather Loaches, and other more temperate species.

I plan on keeping the tank at around 16-19℃

I was wondering could you the people tell me what plants and fish I can keep and which I need to get rid of. Also any species you would like to recommend.

Current tank specs:

Substrate: JBL Manado
Water Temp: 22-24℃

Anubias Var
Cryptocorne(no clue of the species)
Java fern
Java moss
Weeping moss
Anubias nana
Amazon sword

10 black skirt tetras
10 black neon tetras
5 khuli Loaches
1 peppered cory
5 bronze Cory's
2 BN plecos
2 Weather loaches
1 red tail shark
1 pearl gourami
1 blue gourami
