Drs Fosters and Smith have these little gems on sale for $15! These are great circulating pumps.

I saw one of these for sale the other day at a not-so local fish store...I was about to pick one up just for a little extra flow... BUT....i popped it out of the box and then imagined a shrimp getting sucked into it.

I imagine these are no good for a shrimp tank? Otherwise ill be picking one up.

Not recommended for a shrimp tank, but not all that dangerous if at the top of the tank.

I purchased 5 of these at a LFS for $10 each a while back. They are pretty strong pumps. I have one that makes some pretty loud noise at times though.
