Converting to sub-tropical

I currently have a 200 Litre Fluvial Roma with many tropical plants and fish.

I have decided to convert my tank to a cooler water temperature and redesign it to contain weather Loaches and white cloud mountain minnows.

I need you to tell me what plants and fish I need to sell and what to keep.

My planned temperature will be 15-18℃

My current fish are:

10 back skirt tetras
10 black neon tetras
5 khuli loaches
2 BN plecos
2 Weather loaches
5 bronze corys
1 peppered cory
1 blue gourami
1 pearl gourami
1 Red Tail Shark
6 zebra danios

My plants:

Anubias Var
Java fern
Java moss
Amazon sword
Weeping moss

On the fish, I would only keep the zebra danios, weather loaches and plecos for a colder water setup.

I don't know why you can't just keep the water in the tropical range because white clouds can take the warmer water. White clouds if kept in warmer water can be kept will all the fish above with little problems. The only fish that may cause an issue would be the gouramis and shark if they are big enough to eat the minnows. But if they are being kept with the danios, zebra danios are in the same size relation as white clouds.

As for plants, I know Amazon swords need warmer water. Not sure on the others.

I'd drop the shark and try a few Denison's. They do better in cooler waters.
