Bio-Load Question

I have a relatively heavily planted 29g tank.. Would this be to much of a bio-load? (EI; 30-50% water change every week)

6-7 Zebra Danios
4 Oti Cats
5 Dwarf loaches (awesome awesome fish btw)
7-8 Rasboras or Tetras (whichever is the better schooling fish)

I would 86 the zebra danios because I have found they don't school and are a bit pushy but I don't think I could give them back to a pet shop I feel they'd get all depressed and just down on life.. I suppose I could get a bigger fish to get the zebras to school better but eh.. What does everybody think?

also I have about 6 or 7 shrimp in there but I don't think they really add to the bio-load that much.... or do they?

Shrimp have a very light bio-load Except I would worry about them being in the same tank with the loaches.

That's what I was worried about.. But the loaches and shrimp all coexist quite well..
