If you can't find 6500-6700 Kelvin light bulbs - 10000K and 6700K/Planta light bulbs would also work in planted aquarium. If you want to grow reddish plants, the light fixture should provide at least 3 watts per gallon.

This isn't true. 3 watts per gallon, 4 watts per gallon, 2 watts per gallon, are all meaningless drivel. Watts are not light. And, reddish plants, which are that color naturally, will look the best if the plants are healthy and growing well. That requires adequate light, nutrients, and a carbon source that is adequate for the amount of light you have.

The plant grow is half 6700K and half red/pink spectrum (some stores call it Planta) - it's good, I use it.
