Is this 40g tank seam failing?

Is this tank seam failing? I can see obvious bubbles in the seam.

40G breeder Tank. Has a rim. Tank is approx 4 years old.

This is the view from the front. The side glass is directly mated behind this seam (i.e. this is the silicone holding glass panes together). The darker black silicone is the water sealant. I would prefer not to to have 40g of water on the floor sooo...

Sorry, my screen's gamma is bust, so I can't see well. If it is just the odd tiny bubble, I wouldn't sweat it.
If there are enough bubbles that it looks as if water could pass at some point, you can brace the outside of the seam, without taking anything apart.

I don't think you have an issue. Keep an eye on them and worry only if you see the bubbles increase in number or size.

It's quite possible they were there all along and you just never noticed them.
