Im Back

Ok so i gave up with my planted aquarium a year ago and now im back and want it to be better than ever. I set up my 29 gallon it just has fake plants and gravel right now, im gonna have a simple planted tank because of money (I also have a 55 gallon saltwater reef) but soon im gonna ditch the fake stuff when i order my live plants. I live near a river and the water went way down like it does once a year so i used that as an opportunity to find driftwood. I found this beautiful piece, i pressure washed it and introduced it today let me know what you think of it. Its a lot browner in person.

I like it alot! might be interesting to bury it a bit deeper if you can, that might make it look more like a stump. I'd also be interested to see what it looks like flipped upside down and a bit more off to one side?

Good luck - it's a nice piece of wood!

Oh, also a black background might make it stand out a bit more?
