Post Good, easy, Low-light plants for aquatic frogs?

Hello,

I have two dwarf frogs, and was thinking of replacing at least one of the fake plants in their tank with a real plant. The thing is, I have no substrate- I like to be able to see the bottom so that I can suction out bits of uneaten food or well-hidden poops.

Does anyone know of a good, low-light plant that can be attached to a rock or piece of wood?

Will the plant be submerged underwater or just emersed?

Java fern and Anubias can both be tied on and grown emersed, and look quite nice.

Pothos ivy would be a great choice for emersed, though can't be submerged indefinitely.

These are the little aquatic African dwarf frogs? I think Anubias would be your best choice. You can either superglue or tie them to a piece of sinking driftwood (the plants, not the frogs ). Then when you go to clean the tank, you can easily lift out the whole unit - plants and all, and pop it right back in when you're done.

Anubias are pretty undemanding, and very slow growing.
