Stocking a 36g bowfront
I've stocked a couple of planted tanks before, but I'm upgrading my filtration and moving all of the current fish from the 36 gallon to a 75 gallon. I've got an idea of which fish I want to fill the now-empty 36 gallon tank with and I'm aware it will be overstocked, but I'm wondering if the filtration upgrade will be able to compensate.
I just picked up a Marineland C-360 canister filter so I should have plenty of filtration. The tank is lightly planted (just a good amount of java fern right now), but I plan to add more. The fish I'm looking at throwing in are:
24 Tiger Barbs
10 Amano Shrimp
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
