low to med low light ground cover needed...

I need some suggestions on a small and short carpet or semi carpeting plants that will take up all the void spaces in my 20l... 55watt 9325 pc bulb.. with lots of fast growing stem plants. The plant would have to be able to withstand the overshadowing that some of the stem plants create (before I decide to go through the chore of pruning that is)... I am not sure what will work.. If i had tons of cash I would go with a petite anubias nana (if I were made of money... ) what are other options? Plants that won't melt ifthey dont get the most amount of light for a week or two?(similar to anubias).. or plants that like the shade and stay about 3" at most

Pygmy Hairgrass but I don't know how much overshadowing it will take.
