help with Nymphaea micrantha

My beautiful Nymphaea micrantha has lost all of its leaves. Can anyone tell me what I need to do with the bulbs so that it will grow again? I am assuming it is like the Madagascar lace plant where it loses its leaves and comes back next year, but I never had any luck getting those through the dormancy.

Some people suggest that when they go into dormancy, you move them or pull them and re-plant to break the dormancy. This often is enough to get them growing again.
Or you can just leave them alone and when they are ready, they will re-generate on their own.

I have found that with plants that go dormant that it is best to leave them alone and let them come back on there own.
