Technically, yes. CPO's aren't really the issue that caused the ban and a lot of places sell them anyway. I've seen them at Hidden Reef and Fish Factory in the NE. I'm sure other places carry them as well. Worst case scenario you can order them online or drive to a store in NJ that has them if nothing else.

It might be a far drive for you, but there's a place in Pottstown called Diane's Pets that usually has them. I did a quick stop at aquarium center this past weekend and they had some. That's not far from the city
