Me too. Although W-B Petco has their act together, I am planning a weekend road trip to investigate...

I've been to That pet place. It's decent. Really kind of a big box store with a much better selection. Fish can be a bit hit and miss depending on what you want, but the plant selection has always been excellent the few times I've been there.

cage n tank used to awesome years ago when Phyllis and Mike owned it. Last time I was there about 2years ago, fish looked fairly good, they had some plants, prices were reasonable.

That fish place is an adventure, lots and lots of fish, but again, not what it used to be. Was there a year ago, selection was good, but a lot of fish were unhealthy looking. If you buy, study the fish you want. Plant selection is good, and the last time I was there, the plants were in decent shape.

Something's fishy, last I knew, was salt-only. They had a reputation as being great at it though. If they expanded to fresh, they will become my go to.

Fins and Feathers in Honesdale has some neat fish. Freshwater only. And it's not the biggest store out there, but the fish and plants are all clean and healthy.
