Oregon Coast Local Trade or ROAK: Rosy Barbs

Nearly Free Fish!

My stock pond has become overrun with far too many Rosies. If you're in the Coos/Douglas County area and you want some happy, healthy and lovely colored Barbs. I've got your fish. Normally I'd ask 3$ each. But since most of these are 1" and less sized juveniles, there's far too many to deal with growing to adult size. If you have some plants you'd like to trade for these, I'd be more than happy to exchange.

Local pickup only in North Bend, Oregon. I'm not willing to ship these with our unsettled winter weather.

Contact by PM and we'll work out details.

Starting small, keeping it simple..(?)

Some video of the fish and their water tank..

I keep this tank at about 60~65 degrees during winter so these fish are somewhat used to cooler temps, they should adapt to normal indoor conditions, although I'd not shock them by putting them in a tank @ 78 degrees Since they were bred and raised at about a range of 57 to 72 they should be slowly acclimated, The plus about Rosies is that they do fine at room temperature 64 to 70.
