Problem with Red Parrot Cichlid

So I did someone a favor and took in his last 2 fish, a 10 year old red parrot cichlid and a 5 year old convict. The convict went to the BAS auction before he killed off all my fish and I still have bpc. The problem is she started swimming with her head down, looks like she's doing a headstand. Some blood parrot people told me it's swim bladder and to give her shelled peas. She won't eat them...someone else said possible parasites. Does anyone have any idea why she would be doing this? I got back into the hobby 5 years ago and in all 3 tanks I've never had any illness...algae yes, illness no. All the other fish are fine. If it is parasites should I treat the whole tank? What do you all think this is?

There are places to hide but I'll have to get something big enough for her. She does this all day! Looks like she's on her head all day. She used to eat from my hand but now she's afraid of everything.

I hope so because I would have to treat the whole tank. My Q tank has clown killi's in there. A mistaken delivery and I kept them. They actually bred but I only have one or 2 that made it.

I do have a pic but I can't seem to post it. The fish is literally doing a headstand, but then I saw her swim yesterday across the tank and go back to her headstand position. very strange. She doesn't actually seem sick except for the strange behavior. I'll try with my cell to post a pic later.
