Pacific usually carries high grade cherries, tigers, sunkist, crs/cbs, and some others.
What kind are you looking for?

Petco Union Square often has red cherry shrimp and amano shrimp and last week I saw some red rili shrimp (but they wanted I think $10 each for the rili's). You can sometimes find Petco coupons for freshwater fish - they'll accept them for shrimps too.

Go to Monster Aquarium in college point. They got crystals and a few type of neos (red, yellow, velvet, carbon etc).

That opening post was rather vague. There are several people in NYC that sell shrimp form time to time, but of course I can't think of any right now! Sorry.

Well honestly, the best place to buy high grade cherry shrimp known as Fire Reds is Monster Aquarium up in Queens. I've had little success finding people willing to sell theirs. Though for like $4-$5 each, they're kinda expensive, but look really good.
