Wrong fish order!

Hi,
I ordered some fish and I got someone else's order.
there are red cherry shrimp, which would be eaten in any tank I have. There are 2 Clown killis, I didn't count how many chili Rasbora's, they are small and will be eaten in either tank as will the kill's and the CPD's are a decent size they'll be alright in the 40b.
QUESTION: I was running a 10g Fry tank 4 weeks back. I took the fish to the BAS auction and closed down the filter. Can I just start up the sponge filter again, throw some Prime in and hope for the best? Do you think it would still be good. There is wood and moss in the tank, but I didn't leave the sponge filter going.

Just move some stuff over from an established tank and don't overfeed for the first few days.

Like a scoop of substrate, a plant or two and perhaps a little bit of whatever biomedia is in a working filter should get the tank up to speed pretty damn fast.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I have plants I can put in. The filter in that tank is a sponge filter. I throw a rock in too, hopefully that will do the trick.
Ahhh, those chili rasbora's are soooo small, so are the clown kill's!LOL, I don't have anything except pygmy cory's that are so small.

Gordon, I'd gladly give them to you but I don't think I can catch the shrimp! they're all over the place. If I can get them and the chilli's I'll bring them Sunday. I'll probably have more luck with the fish. We're on the little field btw, and thanks
