Treasure or Trash? - Giveaway

I have a few things to give away, but if they're not claimed by Sunday, July 20, they go in the trash. I can meet near my home in Massapequa (LI) for any of these items or near my office at the World Financial Center (Lower Manhattan) for the plants. If you're looking for certain issues if these magazines, I can bring those to work, but there's no way I'm carrying over 100 magazines to the city!

I now have some additional items to add: a bag of about 50 bio-balls (unused) and two double-sided backgrounds (from years ago so no derogatory comments, please!). Pictures below.

1. Four sandwich bags of frogbit (I'd like this to go to at least two people).

2. One golf ball size of Subwassertang.

3. Various Magazines:
- About 40 Tropical Fish Hobbyist - range from March '05 to December '13
- About 80 Aquarium Fish International - range from May '99 to March '12
- Seven Aquarium USA (annuals) - 2002 to 2008
- Twelve FAMA - Jan, July and Aug '07, Nov '07 to April '08, Sept '08, April and Sept '09

Bio-balls:

Backgrounds - for 10 gallon and 20 gallon tanks:

They're doing great. I'm happy the one that I had is no longer alone. They're in a community tank setting so I don't know if they'll breed. I may have to separate them to have success.

I have the Subwassertang and two bags of frogbit for you. The bioballs are also yours. The TFH magazines have already been claimed, but the other mags are still available. However, because there approximately 100 of these I couldn't possibly carry them all to the city. If there's something in particular that you want (for example, the FAMA mags or a particular issue of AFI), I can bring those in. I'll PM you about the best time and place to meet.

Final call for the backgrounds or magazines (TFH, AFI, FAMA and AquariumUSA ). If I don't hear by 10 PM tonight, they're trash.

I don't think anyone wants to pay shipping on over 80 magazines that are several years old. I feel bad too, but don't think of it as trash - it's going into recycling. It may come back to us as new issues of aquarium magazines!

Good thought, but my library has TFH already and they donate the issues over one year old to a local aquarium club. The other mags they probably wouldn't want since they're so old.
