Pacific agassizi

Did any of you breed the Apistogramma agassizi Pacific had last fall? I've been getting some short bodied offspring from my pair so it looks like I can use some genetic diversity in my line. I HATE short bodied fish! Balloon Aggies anyone?

i am considering repurposing my tank for serious plant farming so the apistos may need to go, along with a few other species. I have 5-6 from Pacific from their order in Sept and the males have colored up nicely.
