Otoa

Petsmart has them for around $1.38. Although out of the 8 or so we've bought
we're down to 1 again Not very hardy but really cool.

They go on sale at PetSmart for $1 pretty frequently. That's usually when I get mine. If I'm there and they're on sale I buy a few and try to pick out the best looking.

Eh, I prefer to stay away from Petco and Petsmart as much as I can. Besides the downoi and the tanks I bought from petco/petsmart, I've never bought live fish from them. Every time I go, they are either floating on top, or covered in ick.

I guess it depends store to store how the fish department is run. My local Petsmart has a nice selection and good looking stock. I've bought a lot of fish from them and had excellent success. My local Petco however is a disaster and I'd never buy livestock from them...

You aren't gonna find oto cats that cheap around here. The cheapest I've seen was $2 each at random Petland Discounts.

Dang, I saw this video on youtube. The guy had a tank full of oto cats schooling. Had more than 100 oto cats. A lot more beautiful than neons.

Petland discounts has them for $1.49 each and 3 for $4.38 i think. I would buy from a store that has had them for at least 1 weeks time after their arrival and that the tank is looking healthy. I have always bought them from petland discounts and never lost any.
