Getting from other hobbyists will be cheaper, but as for stores, Win has amongst the lowest prices in the city - $2.50 for Sakuras and $10 for Crystal Reds if I'm not mistaken. Pacific is a nice place to browse and window shop, but their prices are a ripoff.

I've seen Bamboo, Vampire, wild-type heteropoda and Bumblebees at Win before.. though I haven't seen most of those in awhile and I'm not sure if they sell them anymore. You'll unlikely to find Blue Tigers at any store.

Definitely the best source of a lot of types of dwarf shrimp is here in tpt. I got most of my shrimps from sellers here in tpt. Cheap and great quality compared to local stores.
