Found some nice rimless Nano tanks

I just stopped by Animals and things over on rt 1&9 and saw some nice rimless glass tanks. They have the curved glass corners in the front and came in sizes of approximately 5 and 3 gallons. I think they also sold compact flourescent fictures that would fit the tanks. I wanted to get one myself..but i just finished making a stand and hood for my 2.5 gallon AGA..arrgh...if i only saw them earlier. I think the 3 gallon cost around 27 bucks, i forget what the 5 gallon or the lights cost. Juts a heads up for anyone looking for a new nano tank.

Very nice.

For the North Jersey members, the place in on Route 46 in Saddle Brook (The Fish Tank) offers the same type of small rimless aquarium.

Are they the MJ Dennerle or something like that name ones?

I guess a few LFS's have them (Pet Shanty has them as well)...pretty nice, but a bit odd sized...

I was going to get one to replace my leaky 15, but wound up with a normal 20H instead because the MJ Dennerle one just looked odd on a 24" stand.

I have had no luck finding this type of tank locally (Southern Maine).

I may try Aquatic Concepts in Westbrook if I can find the time.
