Good shops along I-80?

Hello New Jerseyians!

I'm going to be traveling to Parsippany for work over the next few days. Any decent shops to check out along 80 between there and PA?

Hello! Absolutely Fish in Clifton is on RT 46 and close to 80. They have a nice selection of plants and livestock.

Parsippany eh? Great town.

Not exactly on I-80, but if you have time Fishtown USA in Ramsey is definitely work checking out. Great plant selection.

Yeah, I was there in September, and was impressed. Nice fish selection, and what a plant selection!

I didn't get much beyond the hotel and office, so I'm curious to whether you're sarcastic or not about Parsippany. For some reason, I'm taking it sarcastically.

Haha, no I meant it seriously. I've lived there since I was 5. Unfortunately it's a bit of a drive from all the good LFS! Though if you like saltwater Sea Level Aquarium in Pine Brook is pretty close.

Ha! Next time I'm out there, I'll have to experience local culture!

I'm not into salt, but thanks for the suggestion.

Ely's on Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park is always interesting. Not a very good place for plants, but its an old house with rooms and rooms of fish. Ely's Tropical Fish - Fish Supply Store | Florham Park, NJ

Thanks Jerry! This place looks pretty cool. And, although it's not along 80, I can keep heading south to 78. I live pretty much halfway between 80 and 78 so this isn't that far out of the way. I'll have to plan ahead next time I head into the office.
