Shrimps seems to be doing fine!
If it keeps at this rate, I will soon have some shrimps for sell/trade

Let me know if you do have some. I was just going to post looking for some Neo's in here. I want to add some to my spec V.

I have a tank full of Tangerine Tigers, TaiTibees, and some Mischlings right now. Once they start breeding I'll be able to sell some.

I still don't know if Tigers will cross breed with Cherrys lol
what I do know if I bought them as culls of Bloody Mary and Fire Red culls, but I got to say their still really red in a bare bottom tank!

They will not cross breed, different species. You could also add CRS in without any risks of cross breeding

I have some Red Cherry Shrimp they are thriving and going on been two months or more. I haven't started culling just want them to establish.
Also getting some 8 different types of Neos this Saturday, not much hope, since my TDS is freaking high(345), they are coming from 150 range.

Cut your tap with distilled water if you cant do RO. If you do 50/50 it will cut your tds in half and you'll be in range for neos.

I'm starting to get berried females in my mixed caridina tank. Males were dancing yesterday. Hopefully I'll start producing soon.

Hijacking the thread a bit, but, do you have any RCS? How are the waters treating them lately? I remember years ago I tried and the NJ waters were not that great to them, daily random deaths and all.

Completely depends on where you live. All water from the tap is different. Best way is to use RO and remineralize.

I only have caridina though. I did have tangerine tiger going well when I lived in Franklin Park using tap water only.
