white sand

Good morning all;
I am looking for your input on where I can find white sand(cheap). I have tried play sand from home depot but it has a yellowish color. I am looking for a quantity that will be enough to create a 3" depth for my 220 gal.
Thank you all

I found some in Eldersburg, MD (far from you) for $9. This was also a 50 lb. bag. Look up pool supplies in your yellow pages and let your fingers do the shopping.

Also, if you didn't already know about it come check out our local club sometime, The Greater Washington Aquatic Plants Association. Our website is www.gwapa.org. Our next meeting is July 23rd.
