South American Biotope Tips And Ideas...

Hey Guys I am looking for tips and Ideas for my 55 gal SA Biotope.

Currently I have 2 Pieces of Grape vine that look like a tangled mass of roots. As well I have 2 pieces of small Maylasian Drift wood. I also have collected some large Flat black and granet stones for the tank. I am going to stock it with 8 bolivian Ram dwarf cichlids, 10 panda corries, a dozen or so neons, and a dozen or so Black neons possiably a couple of blue rams. I need help with the plant selection, as well as substraight selection. I am planning on java fern as well as some dwarf anibus, possiably pigmy swords.

Any advice is helpful, I am planing on about 3 watts a gallon with a preasureized Co2 system with in the next year.
