Anyone know where I can get Co2 canisters?

depends on the size you need.

i use manual fill and passive diffusion for nano tanks, so i buy 16g bike CO2 canisters off amazon, 30/1$/ea.

others buy 20lb canisters for huge regulated pressurized systems from brewery supply stores.

and everywhere in between.

what ever size would fit a 5 gallon and a 65 gallon tank, new to the Co2 thing, doing research to get required items for it

I've seen 2.5lbs and 5lbs tanks on Amazon, but, for a 65, I think you'd want at least a ten pound tank. For the 5, Amazon has 20 and 24 ounce paintball tanks that would be perfect.

would a paintball tank hook up just like a regular tank? (ive never played paintball lol)

Kind of. I just bought this paintball regulator: GLA MINI-SS Paintball CO2 Regulator | Green Leaf Aquariums

It only had one dial instead of two, but for paintball tanks that should be fine.
