- My plants use to grow significantly faster, I can't remember what I did that dramatically reduced their growth.
- I don't think it is a nutrient deficiency because all new growth is very healthy and the old leaves are healthy as well.

My guess is the light, It's not really a plant led light? unless its the marineland aquatic plant
led light?



what size tank? how far is the light from the substrate?

Its a 9 gallon tank, light 6 inches away. No, its not a plant specific LED. I mean whats the difference besides the higher wattage use? Since watts don't matter because of PAR now, I don't want to buy a plant LED

I have one of the marineland led kit lights on my 5 gallon which i believe is the same as you have. I can barely grow moss with it. Not sure why but i truly think the light sucks. I stand behind marineland. I have a Aquatic plant led on my 20 gal long high tech its an amazing light. I also have a Reef light on my 55 cichlid tank which is also amazing. But the little light i have on my 5 gal doesn't do much.

Maybe you can find a CFL light or just a Desktop light with a desent bulb in it. Run that for awhile and see if anything improves.
