Is there a nutrient deficiency in tank?

Hi, just noticed this in the leaves of this single plant. I just started my planted tank and this is day 10.

- I used ADA Aquasoil and Power Sand. Also added Seachem Stability & diffused CO2 since day 1. I only recently started liquid fertilisers (Seachem Flourish, Potassium & Phosphorous), I've only dosed twice so far using the dosage instructions on the label, and once for phosphorous.

- There is also some browning on some strands of the hairgrass in other parts of the tank if this helps. Gathering from articles, I assumed it was melting due to acclimating. However, articles also state that it could also lack nutrients. From visual charts, the descriptions looks like it's missing phosphate?

Any kind assistance would help a confused beginner loads. Thanks!

It wouldn't be nutrients with aquasoil, especially if your dosing Flourish and K. There is plenty of N & P in the soil. The DHG is probably acclimating as you noted. Just make sure co2 is good and manage your light effectively with a short cycle at first so algae doesn't affect plant growth. And of course large water changes at least once a week.
