Back of rotala bush sparse

Hi guys,

I have this rotala rotund in the back corner of my tank and the front always looks pretty bushy but the back is always lacking. I assume it's because of how the light reaches.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how to thicken the back so that it comes out looking more full?

Also, I prefer to have it look bushier in the lower half as well but it always seems to to look more like a wall of stems instead of a bush. Any special way to trim or something to get a more rounded look?
