What can I do for this Anubius?

I've had this plant for a few months. It always looked real healthy until now. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? The tank is dosed heavily with Seachem Potassium and Flourish. I cut back a lot on Phoshorus and nitrogen as the phosphate levels are a little high and i'm trying to find a balance with my never ending algae problem. The tank has a pretty heavy fish load so I figure I can do with less of those two but now this Anubius isn't looking well.

While you can grow Anubius on substrate it does much better attached to wood or rocks.

I'm aware of this but do you think that could be the problem? This one has some really long roots with its rhizome well above the soil.

What are your Nitrogen and Phosphorus levels?

You say you dose heavily Potassium and Flourish, this sounds scary. You shouldn't dose heavily on anything instead you should maintain acceptable Macro and Micro nutrient levels.

No, the rhizome and roots look healthy.

Some complete nutrient root tabs (API or one or two balls of osmocote plus) will probably resolve this issue.

Fluval Spec V
7x Microsynodontis sp (1)

10g Terrarium
1x Cranwelli Horned Frog

These are in a tank where I provide the maintenance. 25g hex if I remember correctly. I am not sure of the light cycle but as you can see it is a simple LED light.
