Itís cool. The ďpedalsĒ are wilting now and a new white sprout is coming out of the center of the pedals. I wonder if seeds are formed or retrievable?

If you cut the flower the plant will most likely split very quickly. Flowering requires a ton of energy and you can channel that towards splitting. I used to do this all the time with Erios.

Ok trim off the flower stalk and the rhizome will start another plant? If so, awesome. When looking at it even though itís small it looks like I could separate it into 2-3 plants right now. It has 3 different flower stalks going up.

I would pull out the flowering stalk. I found that if I cut the flowering stalk it would still keep growing trying to get tall enough to flower.

Flowering usually means that the plant is in perfect growing conditions and loves it's environment. You will find that once you start pulling the flowering stalks you will get more and more.
