How can i increase my plant growth and population

For my current setup, I have 3 tall anubias plants on a rock each, 2 smaller anubias on a rock each, and 3 short amazon swords. I have osmocote root fertilizer under pool filter sand. My fish stock is over stock of 18 cardinal tetras and 18 harlequin rasboras, so they provide many nutrients. My aquarium filters is at a aquaclear 110 and lustar hydro sponge v.

I plan on getting 3more tall anubias plants next week. In weeks later, I will buy 3 more. For my tank, I wish to stock mostly just anubias plants as they don't require much ground fertilizer substrate.

My nicrew rgb led is also broken right now because it got wet, so I have to replace it with another light, most likely another rgb unless you recommend i get a strict white or blue led for plant growth.

If you look in my picture, you can see a short anubias plant in between the two different color shrimp cone caves. I would like to have many anubias plants with lots of leaves like it has, but i would like them to be as tall as my tallest anubias plants.

[1] So, my question is, would nilocg thrives liquid fertilizer help much in getting to that goal? [2] In addition, is it okay to get another rgb led light like i mentioned, or should i get a more specialized led light that likely has only two color modes. In addition, besides buying more anubias plants, is there anything else besides those two things that would be helpful to attaining my goal with lots of anubias growth.

For my current setup, i have 3 tall anubias on a rock each, 2 smaller anubias on a rock each, and about 3 amazon swords. I have osmocote root fertilizer under pool filter sand.

Because I dont have a carpet plant, I am not sure how helpful liquid fertilizer like nilocg thriveS would be for plant growth. I am more concerned about my anubias plants than amazon swords. I would like for them to grow more leaves and become wider whereas i don't care so much if my swords stay the same.

In addition to my current plant stock, I am planning on buying 3 more tall anubias plants next week. Maybe in the future, i might become even more ambitious and buy another three of those. I think anubias will be my main plant i stock in this tank as it doesn't require ground fertilizer.

For my fish stock, my tank is overstocked with 18 cardinal tetra, 18 harlequin rasboras, and lots of bottom fish for an aqadvisor stock percentage of about 123%; hence, that could provide nutrients. My filters are aqua clear 110 and lustar hydro sponge 5, which combined aqadvisor says i have 189% filteration.

In addition to all of this, my nicrew rgb led light is broken after getting wet, so it gives different colors. I will replace it within about two weeks.

Here is a picture of my tank. Again, i want to add three more of those tall anubias plants. You can see my amazon swords are sort.
