How much mr.aqua soil

How much in liters would i use to get a 2 inch layer in a 20 tall?

If you are getting it locally(?) you can return what you don't open.
But a one inch layer under a one inch layer of a cap is closer to a normal amount.

The shortest distance between any two points is a straight the opposite direction...

20g tall has a 2 square ft footprint or 288 sq in. There are 0.0163871 cu in in a meter. So that gives you about 4.7 liters for 1 in deep. 10 liters for 2 in deep with a little to spare.
