Redo or what?

I started a planted Tank in March had posted its picture here etc, it was doing well till july.

No I see the plants are out of health.

The Substrate

1 inch cocopeat
2 inch riversand

Lightes 36w X 4
Tank size 36 X 15 X 21 inches (water level upto 19inches)

temp- is 30deg

suddenly plants are curling, and going brown.

Should I redo everthing?

Leave curl usually means that there is a nutrient lacking. Are you using fertilizers?

redoing the tank is not the best route to go unless things are just completely dead and or covered with so much algae it would be near impossible to recover from.

You need to find the root of your problems and it sounds like deficiency issues. generally that means its going to be co2, light or nutrients. do you use the correct spectrum of light? 6700k ish?

what fertilizers are you using?

do you inject co2? do you dose excel?

what plants do you have and do you have pictures of the tank? more info is needed in order to help you. But I wouldn't redo the tank just due to poor growth unless I wanted to change everything around. like a rescape.
