ADA Aquasoil powder,Flourite Black Sand or Eco Complete ?

Hi everyone, i have a TOP FIN 20 gallons fish tank. It is my first aquarium and i bought it 2 months ago.
I think i did the mistake of buying colored gravels, and might be too big.
The roots of my plants don't seem to devellop into this gravel.

I was thinking of buying ADA Aquasoil powder,Flourite Black Sand or Eco Complete ?

I'm researching something who looks good ( black in preference), that is good for the plants, don't need a lot of care ( i'm looking for less maintenance as possible, none will be great haha ), and harmless to the fishes. And if it can be something who turns the amonia into nitrate it will be awsome !

What do you guys suggest me ? Thank you in advance !

You can see in my profil the pic of my tank
