DSM water level and humidity

Two weeks into my dwarf hairgrass DSM. It's covered with saran wrap and misted every other day. Some green algae fuzz is growing. Can I spray it with hydrogen peroxide solution? How should I treat it? I have organic dirt capped with black blasting sand

Yes. Peroxide. It might actually be mild if you are only misting every other day. Also - try misting a few times a day and opeNing the tank for gas exchange once or twice daily. I can't tell from the picture but the water level should be below the surface of the substrate. You shouldn't see standing water at the substrate level. Hope this helps.

Stock lightly and carry a big filter. - I don't have aquariums. I have ecosystems in a glass box. - Hygrophilaholic and hoarder of Anubias.
