Plants not growing

I have a 110 gallon tank that I set up with the Miracle Grow organic soil and covered it with Estes Ultra sand. I followed directions from some of the posts on here. I have planted some cryptocorne wendtii and balansae, dwarf sags and staurogyne repens. They've been in there about 3 weeks and I don't see much growth. They have plenty of light, so I don't think that's a problem. Any ideas?

It would be helpful if you listed how far from the sub the light fixture is and
exactly what light it is.

The shortest distance between any two points is a straight line...in the opposite direction...

CO2 and/or ferts involved?

wendtii for me is slow and short growing, has widened out a lot though.

A tissue cultured balansae went from 2" to 12-14" in 3 weeks.

Growing is not that difficult.

+1 need more info. wendtii is a slow started but will explode if it's happy. My C. wendtii have 18" long 2" wide leaves at this point and it is a legitimate background plant. Nothing special done to it. Are you injecting CO2? That makes a world of difference. Mine didn't do much for me until I began running CO2. They're a low tech low light plant, but that doesnt mean they dont really love the addition of some more light and gas
