mineralized soil/Fertilization

I have a question about mineralized soil and ferts. I rescaped my 75g two months ago and the success i have had with the mineralized soild is amazing. My plants have never looked healthier and i haven't had any algae problems. Although my plants look better than ever they grow very slowly.

The question i have for anyone using the mineralized soil do you dose any extra ferts? I have 2.5 wpg and pressurized CO2. I'm fine with the slow growth with no ferts because i do not have any algae growing on the plants. However i would like them to grow a little faster if i can add a little fertilizer and not have to worry about an algae bloom.

I'd leave a good thing alone

your lights are the factor for growth speed. More lights, more ferts & CO2, faster growth.

Agree with mistergreen, don't dose anthing except maybe the occasional very small dose of K.
BTW do you have any pics...I'd love to see the tank seeing I just set up my own MS tank
