Happy Frog Organic Potting soil for an NPT/Walstad Tank

Anyone use "Happy Frog" organic soil in their natural tanks? The soil is apparently rich in earthworm castings, composted forest humus, peat, bat guano, mycorrhizae, humic acids from leonardite, oyster shells and dolomitic lime. I've some concern over the peat, and don't know if the hardening compounds are necessary in Chicago water at 7.5KH, 6.9GH, but still wondering what people's thoughts are.

Also, from another thread, hoping for some thoughts on this - if I've read it right, one of the issues with potting soil, esp. non-mineralized, is the "chaos" period during which the (now submerged) soil undergoes its transformation period, Any issue with adding in Seachem Stability, as directed for 7 days, to set up the cycle, as with any other (new) tank? Is it effective for a new NPT?
