best place to buy 10LBs of black sand?

wheres the best place to buy about about 10LBs of black sand? i have 17 or so pounds of eco and need more to get more depth in a 20H. walmart, home depot, lowes, ace, a craft store, LFS for tahitian moon? i saw them in 1.77(i think) Liter bags at home depot. how many liters = a pound?

think cheapest so i can afford a light after this

depends on the stuff which will make it a pound.

I saw 2-3 pound bags of ornamental black sand at the Green House/Nursery. it was $8-10, I think. You can check your local pool store. They might have some color quartz sand.

checked the pool store. they only had PFS.

I bought a bag of this http://www.tractorsupply.com/webapp/...g=true&cFlag=1 for my 75 gal. used it as a base layer under flurite. Seems to work well.

I found my black Colorquartz by going to www.3M.com and finding a local pool supply distributor that sold me just one 50lb bag for about $23. T grade is ideal- about 3mm.
