Where can one purchase SoilMaster Select?

I saw an article here about it but I do not see it online anywhere. Where can one get this substrate?

Thanks!

I dont think they make SMS anymore. You can get turface (a similar product) at a john deere store (forgot the actual name of it)

I have a Lesco store not too far from me. Before I call and ask them if they have it, what the heck am I asking that they have?

Thanks for all the quick replies!

Well, I found the SMS, a local Lesco store carries it because of the regular aquarium customers who use it.

Is there anything I should consider putting below the SMS in my low tech tank?

(2) 50 pound bags today ran me to $24.00. That is ridiculously cheap! My sand cost more than $12.00 for a 50 pound bag.

Thanks for the help guys/gals!

No, you don't have to put anything below it. Be aware that SMS does drop you KH for the first month or so. I have 2 55's both with SMS red.

That's not a given, it didn't effect my KH at all.

HA! Now I know this is my new home. Jade has been helping me get my feet off of the ground with this for a while now. I am sure Jade will be happy to know I am upgrading in many ways.

Yes indeed, you'll soon see what I've been saying about CO2, your swords are gonna explode with fury. A lot of your old problems will go by-by fast.

I saw you linked that ebay regulator in the other thread, it looks pretty good, but I would go to bestaqaquariumregulator.com and buy a Fabco, Ideal or Swagelock needle valve to replce the one taht comes with it. More fine tuning control, reliability, safer for the fish in the long run.
